[eleven_columns] I’ve spent a lot of time recently reflecting on all the things I enjoy the most and whilst these cover a fairly diverse array of topics it really all boils down to wanting to learn new things and invest in new experiences. Wherever they may come from. A lot of my focus is based around personal development in health, fitness and lifestyle improvement. Some of these thoughts, musings and interesting things I stumble upon are in My Blog.
Combat sports has helped me immensely, not only with substantial physical improvement (130lbs total weight loss so far) but also in seeing the world from a different perspective. I have written this piece to try and provide at least some useful information and reassurance to others who may be looking to lose some weight, get healthier and ultimately change themselves for the better.
I am privileged to provide presentation and broadcast commentary for some of the most established Mixed Martial Arts promotions in Europe and the UK. These events and post-fight interviews are regularly broadcast live to over 100 countries across a wide range of TV networks such as Fox, ESPN, Sky Sports, Setanta and other online media outlets.
From time-to-time I still get involved in events as a Mixed Martial Arts judge and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu referee. I compete in BJJ/Submission Grappling and am proud to hold a BJJ Purple belt under Wilson Junior at Carlson Gracie UK.
