The concept and planning approval for this collection of duplex and single floor apartments was completed by another firm, following which we undertook the code approvals and construction package.

The property occupied a brown-field site at the end of a terraced row of existing dwellings. Challenges for this development centered around the extreme proximity of the building to the site boundary and existing properties. The uniqueness of each apartment floor plan added a significant level of complexity to the building detailing in order to achieve satisfactory fire and acoustic compartmentation through the envelope junctions.
