This development comprised twenty properties (2, 3 and 4 beds) which would provide a 50/50 mixture of market sale and subsidized social housing. This required liaising with two different contractors with two different sets fo employers requirements, each responsible for one type of dwelling sale.

The approval process and construction was complicated by soil contamination from previous use as a print works and a series of late changes throughout the build schedule.
